We offer a full “Return & re-do” policy for 7 days after your clean if your not happy with the results should we clean your property in the rain.  A common misconception is that rain can cause windows to dirty and spot, it’s a myth. 

If the rain is heavy or winds are high we may have to re-schedule. We will make a professional decision on the day based on conditions but please remember we want gleaming, spot free windows and beautiful sills just as much as you. If we complete the clean whilst it’s raining and you are not satisfied we will return and re-clean without issue. Our promise is our reputation
